Ships the CLI error-handling fix merged in #2 — errors to stderr and --json respected on the failure path. Merged with no version bump, so registry and main both sat at 0.1.0 and publish was impossible. Agent: Silvanus
test/version.test.ts asserts the two match, and the lifecycle audit-chain test fails too because audit events embed APP_VERSION. Both failures on PR #3 had this one root cause. Agent: Silvanus
