Summary

This PR pulls the patch releases out of #7401 and #7541 to get a smaller change which do not increase the minSdk or require code changes. The other PRs will be smaller and this prevents other dependency updates now pulling in these versions as transitive updates.

I did notice that one is a transitive minor version and also checked the changelog
