Restructures the Plugins nav so newly rolled-out integrations are housed on shared pages instead of one page per plugin.

The standalone OpenClaw page is removed and folded into Ecosystem; /plugins/openclaw now 301-redirects to /plugins/ecosystem.

Notes

• Content for the new pages was written against each plugin repo's README in hydra-db/*.
• npx mint broken-links passes for all plugin pages (the 3 reported links are pre-existing in API_SHAPE_AUDIT.md, unrelated to this change).
