Create the SwiftUI iOS app skeleton in mobile/ (SwiftPM Package + app target): app entry point, tab navigation (Repos/PRs/Issues/Search/Settings), SourceRepository/BackendClient protocols to abstract the data source (GitHub → HyperGit), base theme. Foundation for Phase 1 (SPEC §2).
Acceptance
mobile/ has Package.swift (or .xcodeproj) and an app target
swift build / xcodebuild -scheme HyperGit build passes without errors
App entry point with tab navigation (Repos, PRs, Issues, Search, Settings)
SourceRepository/BackendClient protocols defined (backend-swappable)
mobile/README.md with build/run instructions
Why
SPEC §2: the mobile MVP is the nearest concrete scope; without the scaffold no mobile feature can start.
Impact
Unlocks all mobile work (GitHub/Linear clients, UI, offline cache).
If not done
The mobile track does not start; Phase 1 is blocked.
Resolved by PRs #8 + #9. iOS app builds green in CI.
xcodebuild -scheme HyperGit build — blocked on this host: only Command Line Tools installed, no Xcode.app, so the iOS target can't be compiled here. Builds in CI / on a Mac with Xcode.

Status update — scaffold landed in commit
8b5582b(feat(mobile): scaffold SwiftUI iOS app + HyperGitCore).Done:
mobile/Package.swift→ HyperGitCore library (models, networking, auth, GitHub/Linear clients behindRepositorySource/TicketSource, cache protocol,@Observable AppStore).swift build✅ andswift test✅ (8 tests — real GitHub DTO→model parsing, PR-filtering, cache fallback).mobile/App/→@mainApp + Repos/Files/PR/Issues/Tickets/Settings screens.mobile/project.yml→ xcodegen spec (HyperGit.xcodeproj generated, gitignored).Acceptance check:

Resolved — the iOS app target now builds green in CI (PR #8,
mobileworkflow, macos-latest, 51s).All acceptance criteria met:

Remaining MVP work tracked in #2 (GitHub client), #3 (Linear), #4 (SwiftData cache), #5 (UI).
