Bumps hyperledger-identus/.github lint-files.yml pin to pick up the editorconfig-checker action v3.0.0 fix (hyperledger-identus/.github#8). Fixes the 'File Hygiene (editorconfig)' job failing with: Error: The binary 'ec-linux-amd64*' not found Signed-off-by: Pat Losoponkul <patextreme@hotmail.com>
