This PR introduces a new feature that enhances navigation within wx.ListBox elements in the addon. Users can now move through items using multi‑letter navigation, not just single‑character jumps.
The feature is implemented via a reusable mixin class, with both LibraryDialog and LinkDialog inheriting the navigation behavior from it.
