The published site 404s on ./joke.wav; exampleBtn's fetch fails before the model-load fix can even be exercised end to end. Copied from tests/reference/joke.wav (a symlink to refs/personaplex assets).

The page now says the model download is 3.5 GB; the 24-layer shards add up to 3.52 GiB.
Adds web/joke.wav for the Load Example WAV button, and build.sh copies it into _site.
