Unit Test Enhancement

AR test enhance 0.15.0 goal.

1. Improve test efficiency.
   Target:
   a. CPU/XPU/HPU: instance<=5, duration<=20min
   b. GPU: instance <=3, duration<=20min
   TODO:
   a. Break test to CI(cpu/xpu/gpu)/nightly(cpu/xpu)/weekly(gpu)
   b. Refine test case.
2. Increate CI test coverage.
   Target:
   CPU: 46% ->80%
   XPU: 21% ->50%
   GPU: 40% ->60%
