Add sycl_ext_oneapi_properties to the supported extensions list #23015
Description
The sycl_ext_oneapi_properties is currently experimental extension while actual products such as Pytorch rely on it in the shipped products. Can this extension be promoted from experimental to supported?

We have already started a KHR draft for this extension. See KhronosGroup/SYCL-Docs#980.

Proposing and accepting new KHR extensions by Khronos takes significant time while we have production deliveries on the market (Pytorch) requiring this extension. Extension is available as experimental from Mar 1, 2022. Can it be marked as supported now?

Agree with Greg. Also we have already started implementation of
sycl_khr_propertiesextension.
