README.md: the sample report header showedZero Breach 0.1.0, which is the version a reader compares their own output against; it now shows the current one. The indicator-count statement was pinned to a superseded release and is now version-neutral.SECURITY.md: the detached-signature paragraph named one specific older release; it now describes every signed release, so it does not go stale again.Tests: 283 passed, 1 skipped. Reproducible-build check clean.
