Prioritizes safe local user-writable COM server files in the optional Candiru pattern scan, expands Windows DNS history from 20,000 to 50,000 retained events, and marks unread older records as an explicit coverage gap. The proposed larger-file limit is intentionally omitted: both published rules only match files below roughly 1 MB. This is a pre-release candidate; testing, reproducible build, signed assets, and the user-requested final Astra review are required before publication. See COVERAGE-UPGRADE.md.
