Windows DNS logs can retain old events after logging is disabled. The scanner previously skipped those events; it now searches them and reports that logging is off, without enabling it or changing system settings. Empty and unreadable logs remain coverage gaps.
Adds five focused regressions and four source/download end-to-end scenarios, including a retained hit, clean retained events, unreadable events and an empty log. Bumps the signed standalone release to v0.1.5.
