Capture JobBatchName from the HTCondor job ad - #35

Add JobBatchName to the default ClassAd field mapping so it's captured by jobad.py's in-job $_CONDOR_JOB_AD read and post.py's post-script event, and threaded through history_enrich.py's condor_history and job.assigned mirroring into the condor_history table.
