fix(ui): swatch outline contrast (v1.39.11) - #89

The small color square used the divider color as its border, which nearly matches the dark background, so black filament vanished. It now uses the same outline token as the spool donut (white on dark, black on light).

Swatch border uses the donut outline token so dark colors stay visible on the dark theme; spool form preview too.
Tests: 372 passed.
