feat(spools): Group toggle for never-weighed spools (v1.39.12) - #90

…me filament (v1.39.12) On the spool list, a remembered Group toggle folds identical unused spools into one expandable row with a count badge; spools already weighed stay one row each. Instant filter and column sorting keep children with their group.

Group toggle on /spools (remembered in session): never-weighed spools of the same filament collapse into one expandable row with an N× badge; weighed spools stay separate. Filter/sort in spool.js keep group children attached.
Tests: 378 passed. Checked expand/filter/sort/persistence on a local instance.
