The portal will allow students to access an abandoned cart. If the student is on your website and begins the enrolment process by adding a class to their cart, but then closes the site, the student will be able to not only access the cart by going back to your site again, but also could via the portal.
If using the application, push notifications could be sent reminding the student that they have an abandoned cart with items left in it.
