With the genesis of the application version of the portal, we want to make some of the more useful features around CPD tracking, USI sstorage and the certificate/qualification wallet to anyone. To do this, we'd need to develop a mechanism that allows people to sign up to SkillsonCourse without making an enrolment in a college utilising onCourse, and therefore without having a contact record within a college system.

This could also open up exciting opportunites to sell certain courses to these sign-ups, based on the data in their profile.

I think that this would also be useful in our case for HR people who are managing their staff enrolments but aren't necessarily enrolled themselves in our courses. I agree about the potential marketing opportunity as well
