Closing this monolithic tracker. All actionable items have been migrated to individual GitHub issues (see #19, #41, #43, #44, #45, #67, #68, and others). Individual issues with labels and milestones are now the source of truth for planned work. Remaining items not yet filed will be migrated as part of the issue tracking consolidation (2026-03-29).
