Reopen of #280 (auto-closed when its base branch was deleted). Picks up #203.

Same projenrc change, but with trustedPublishing: true so the release job authenticates to PyPI via OIDC instead of a twine username/password secret.

Distribution name is cdk-nextjs-standalone, module cdk_nextjs_standalone, matching the npm package name.

Before this can release: create the cdk-nextjs-standalone project on pypi.org (or add it as a pending publisher) with a trusted publisher of owner jetbridge, repo cdk-nextjs, workflow release.yml. Until that's done the Publish to PyPI job will fail, though npm publishing is a separate job and unaffected.

npx projen package:python builds the wheel and sdist locally.

Picks up #203. Uses PyPI trusted publishing rather than twine
credentials, so it needs a trusted publisher configured on pypi.org
for the cdk-nextjs-standalone project before the first release.
