The monthly upgrade workflow has failed every run since at least April. projen upgrade ends by re-running projen, and .projenrc.ts needs the compiled jsii assembly to generate the Optional* structs, so synth died with 'Expected to find .jsii file'. build.yml and release.yml already patch in a compile step; do the same for upgrade-main.yml.

The monthly upgrade workflow has failed every run since at least April. The October log finally shows why:
projen upgradeends by re-runningnpx projen, and .projenrc.ts reads the jsii assembly to build theOptional*structs from this package's own types. build.yml and release.yml already patch anpx projen compile &&in front of their main step for exactly this reason; upgrade-main.yml never got the same patch. Adds it.
