Clears the Dependabot alerts on the five example lockfiles.

  • aws-cdk-lib ^2.237.1 -> ^2.273.0, past the NodejsFunction bundling fixes (2.246, 2.260) and the CodeBuild log encryption fix (2.253)
  • constructs ^10.4.5 -> ^10.8.1, needed by aws-cdk-lib 2.273
  • esbuild ^0.27.0 -> ^0.28.2, matching the library
  • tsx ^4.21.0 -> ^4.23.15, since 4.21 still depended on esbuild 0.27

The library's own pin stays at aws-cdk-lib 2.232.1 on purpose. It doesn't use NodejsFunction or CodeBuild, so those advisories don't reach consumers through it, and bumping projen's cdkVersion would raise the peer dependency floor for everyone.

Separate thing I noticed while checking this: tsc in the examples fails on main already, before this change. The examples depend on the library via link:../.., so its types resolve constructs from the repo root while the example stacks use their own copy, and TypeScript treats the two Construct classes as incompatible. cdk deploy is unaffected because the apps run through tsx, which doesn't type-check.

Clears the Dependabot alerts on the example lockfiles: aws-cdk-lib
2.273 is past the NodejsFunction bundling fixes (2.246, 2.260) and the
CodeBuild log encryption fix (2.253), and esbuild 0.28 is past 0.28.1.
tsx is bumped too since 4.21 still pulled in esbuild 0.27.

aws-cdk-lib 2.273 needs constructs ^10.5, so that goes up as well.
