Exporting your Minecraft world

You wanna export your world? Ok, great! That's the easy part! Here's a quick tutorial on doing so.

1. Download the latest version: https://github.com/jmc2obj/j-mc-2-obj/releases/
2. Place the downloaded file into it's own folder. I recommend this as jmc2obj creates it's own folders upon first run.
3. Open "jMc2Obj-[VERSION].jar" (This is an executable .jar file, so it should open with a new window. May also take a bit to open on first run.)
4. At the top, select the "..." button and navigate to where your Minecraft saves are (Usually, C:\Users[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming.minecraft\saves)

5. Select the world folder you'd like to use, and click "Choose save folder"
6. At the top, click the "Load" button

7. Give it a minute to load up the world.
8. Select the part of the world you'd like to export

         Quick note: Click and drag with left-click to select an area, right click and drag to move around the world, scroll to zoom in/out.

9. Click "Export"

10. Choose your export options (I recommend setting offset to "Center", and checking "Create a separate object for each material")
11. Click "Export"
12. Select where you'd like to save the OBJ and MTL files.

And you're done! You can now import your OBJ file into whatever 3D software you'd like! Happy rendering!
