build(deps): update argon2 to 0.6 and chacha20poly1305 to 0.11 - #422

Random bytes come from Generate, as aead 0.6 no longer exports OsRng, and nonces are built with From and TryFrom instead of the deprecated from_slice. The key derivation needs no change. The storage sealed by the earlier crates still opens (a_storage_sealed_by_an_earlier_release_opens).

argon20.5 → 0.6 andchacha20poly13050.10 → 0.11 incore, both used bycore/src/sync/seal.rsfor the encrypted storage (S54, S55). Supersedes #412 and #413.a_storage_sealed_by_an_earlier_release_opens: a wrapped data key and a sealed file produced by the current crates, written into the test as bytes. It passes before the update.aead0.6 no longer exportsOsRng, sorandomusesGenerate(thegetrandomfeature is on by default); nonces are built withXNonce::from/try_frominstead of the deprecatedfrom_slice.derive(Argon2id, 64 MiB, three passes) is unchanged.The same test passes after the update, so the new crates open what the old ones sealed: the key derivation and the AEAD compute the same functions, and a storage stays readable across the upgrade in both directions.
Checked locally:
make lint,make denyandmake test(480 passed) pass. The Android and macOS builds are left to CI.Closes #419
