macOS: round task mark on the title line, closer to the title - #428

… (R72, #427) In a row of two lines the mark centred on the row stood between the title and the list name. It now stands at the middle of the title line with the project icon and the due date, is a circle again, and the title starts 10 points after it in the row and in the open card.
Taken on the demo data of core/examples/demo.rs from a visible debug build, the window captured by its number.

In a row of two lines (views that mix lists) the task mark was centred on the row and stood between the title and the list name. Decided by the author of the project on 2026-10-26:
TaskTableMetrics.markGap/barGap.The spec (R72, its scenario, R69, R82, the interface section) is updated; the web keeps the square centred on the row.
Checks: the author looked at "Inbox" and "Today" in a debug build over a copy of the data folder.
make apple,make apple-lint,make lint,make testpass locally.make apple-testexited 0 but ran no tests: the local CoreSimulator is older than Xcode expects. Not checked: larger text sizes, dark appearance, a task of an open project, the new-task card and the menu bar window.
