The F-Droid reviewer noted in https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroiddata/-/merge_requests/50135#note_3949319149 that the store description does not mention two kinds of connections the app makes. README.md and docs/privacy.md already describe them; this adds the same facts to
fastlane/metadata/android/en-US/full_description.txt:F-Droid reads fastlane metadata from the commit of the latest released version, so the text reaches users with v0.2.4. The Play Console description does not sync with fastlane and needs the same edit by hand.
The description is now 1306 characters (Play limit is 4000).
