now uiwindow can't set root controller by addSubview

I don't know there be anybody keep watching this project. I just find a bug when I see the code.At CrashKitAppDelegate.m line 27 . [window addSubview:navigationController.view] makes the app crash.Because now u need use setRootViewController function. So if i make a pull request. Is there anyone will merge my code?
