katoptra/dispatch#10 gives this mirror its own slots, at 09:42 and 21:42 UTC, so that it does not start at the same time as gnu. This change gives the new times and the healthchecks.io cron (
42 9,21 * * *) in CLAUDE.md.Merge after katoptra/dispatch#10 is live.
