Blacklist 3 unlicensed books once they appear in the Otzaria library #128

Follow-up to kdroidFilter/Zayit#665 (#126, #127).

These books are not licensed for Zayit, but they are not in otzaria/otzaria-library yet, so their file names are unknown and they can't be added to generator/otzariasqlite/src/commonMain/resources/files-blacklist.txt:

• וידבר דוד – ב"ק ב"מ
• וידבר דוד – ב"ב סנהדרין
• קוץ פרשיות

When they show up (most likely in BeitAharonVeYisraelToOtzaria/ספרים/בהמתנה/, like וידבר דוד - סדר נשים.txt), add their exact file names, with their הערות על … files.

Note: the Dicta וידבר דוד.txt (שו"ת ר' דוד ועקנין) is a different work and must stay.
