Release v0.6.0: train and merge workspaces - #3

Train CPU, CUDA, and iGPU on bounded multi-directory corpora using the serving model, with end-to-end telemetry and opt-in summaries. Merge workspaces through provenance-aware model contributions, absolute digest cache, telemetry run IDs, scoped ignore rules, and guarded source cleanup. Preserve legacy train options and scan result scope. Verified with the 27-test Windows Debug suite and physical CUDA/iGPU training smoke; cross-platform Actions validation follows in the release PR.
Bump the CMake product version, update the public release page, and add v0.6.0 notes with feature scope and limitations. Keep packaging smoke fixtures under repository .temp. Verified the versioned Windows CUDA Release build, tag/version check, and staged/extracted package smoke; cross-platform package validation is the next GitHub Actions gate.

Purpose
Release v0.6.0 with explicit three-backend training, idempotent workspace merge, updated summaries/help, and the public release page.

Local verification
CI release gate
Wait for the full validate-and-release workflow: reusable Windows/Linux/macOS checks and five package builds/tests. After merge, tag verified main as v0.6.0; tag workflow uploads attested assets into a draft and publishes only after all gates pass.
Known limits
No hosted physical-GPU performance claim. Merge is retryable per database, not one cross-database atomic transaction; multi-source --move cleanup is not globally atomic. Local linker retains pre-existing LNK4098 warning.
