missing dm-filialen

there are dm-stores not included in the map.
for example store number 915 (Karlsruhe-Carl-Metz-Straße) is missing.

Maybe you could also checkin the data/_ALL_DE_STORES.csv :)

If you want, you can look up the ID of the store and I will add it to the file and therefore to all future updates.

Unfortunately, due to data privacy I will not share the mentioned file.
