Moves the app to Tauri 2 (tauri 2.12, tauri-build 2, @tauri-apps/api and cli 2).
openallowlist (twitter link only) becomes tauri-plugin-opener with a capability that allows onlyhttps://twitter.com/koedamedev;core:app:allow-versionis granted for the version shown in the footerChecked on Linux with a debug build under Xvfb: the window renders, the footer shows v1.0.0, opening the author URL is allowed and opening any other URL is rejected by the capability scope.
