Exempt @kontourai/* from pnpm release-age admission while retaining the 24-hour threshold for third-party packages. Build-script policy and the dependency lockfile remain unchanged.
Validation: pinned pnpm frozen install; npm run verify and required pre-push build/typecheck/tests passed (51 Thread tests, 172 Ferry tests, package and tree-shaking smoke). An initial offline metadata failure was retained; the normal frozen install verified the supply-chain policies.
