Replace this repository's copy of dotnet.yml with the small ci.yml caller from ktsu-dev/.github/docs/shared-ci.md, which dispatches to the shared .NET pipeline at @Release. The jobs are the same ones the local copy ran; only where they are defined changes. The Dependabot gate moves in the same commit because it names the workflow it waits on. Left on ".NET Workflow", it would wait for a workflow that no longer exists and auto-merge would stop without saying so. It now waits on "CI" and calls the shared gate at @Release, as Sorting has since the canary. Before: this repository carried its own 600-line copy of
dotnet.yml, and the Dependabot gate waited on a workflow named ".NET Workflow" through the shared gate at@main.After: CI is the small
ci.ymlcaller from shared-ci.md, which dispatches to the shared .NET pipeline at@release, and the Dependabot gate waits on "CI" and calls the shared gate at@release.The jobs are the same ones the local copy ran, so the check on this PR is the new pipeline proving itself. Sorting has run this way since the canary, including a Dependabot PR auto-merged through the "CI" gate.
How:
ci.ymlis byte-identical to the template, including the deliberate asymmetry that onlypushfilters paths. The Dependabot caller changes in the same commit because it names the workflow it waits on; on its own, the rename would leave auto-merge waiting for a workflow that no longer exists.Part of phase 2 of the migration tracked in ktsu-dev/.github#5.
