Summary

  • Drop git:github.com/algal/pi-openai-server-compaction@c6d593087709e9481223dc6c6c2269b371b5e055 from managed Pi settings.json.
  • Document the remaining pinned npm packages (pi-web-access and pi-extension-codex-fast-mode) and the pin/update policy without treating the removed package as installed.
  • Leave unrelated Pi settings, local extensions, and Home Manager wiring unchanged.

Test plan

  • home/.pi/agent/settings.json remains valid JSON and no longer lists algal/pi-openai-server-compaction.
  • README package inventory matches the remaining pins.
  • Grep shows no other owned public references to the removed package.
  • Do not merge this PR from the worker; firstmate owns autonomous merge.

Drop the public git pin from managed Pi settings and README so the remaining npm packages stay declared without documenting a removed installer.

Port kunchenguid/dotfiles kunchenguid#26-kunchenguid#30 and kunchenguid#37: rose-pine-moon theme, Calm and
terminal-title extensions, UI settings, model overrides, two pinned npm
packages, and the Calm test suite.

Differences from upstream:
- pi comes from a nixpkgs-unstable input (1.1.0). 26.05 ships 0.75.4,
which lacks the agent_settled event Calm needs.
- Extensions are linked one entry at a time, not as a directory, so Orca's
runtime orca-*.ts extensions in ~/.pi/agent/extensions are untouched.
- The test's real-TUI proof target moves from 0.82.0 to 1.1.0.
- Calm's terminal input handler declares an undefined return so strict
  tsc passes against pi 1.1.0.

…nges

Takes the non-Pi upstream work:
- home/AGENTS.md: ask before dynamic workflows, prefer direct paths for
one-off operational work, "Maintaining this file" section
- CLAUDE.md and home/CLAUDE.md import AGENTS.md
- WezTerm dims unfocused windows
- README: link the upstream Discord in the fork note

Leaves out upstream's Pi setup (kunchenguid#26-kunchenguid#30, kunchenguid#37): the symlinked
settings.json/models.json, the themes/extensions directory links,
pinned packages, Calm, and the terminal-title extension. home.nix keeps
its own settings merge and package list.
