$ ordog.rb -[h|V] -i INPUT -o OUTPUT
-h: Print usage information
-V: Print version information
-i: INPUT (input file, default is stdin)
-o: OUTPUT (output file - png, default is ordog.png)
Process piped input:
$ svcs -l | ordog
Process input from file:
$ ordog -i svcs-l.out
Process from input file and redirect to a named file:
$ ordog -i svcs-l.out -o example.png
Example output:
example.png
Graphviz (the dot binary, e.g. apt install graphviz) and the Ruby gems
listed in the Gemfile:
- ruby-graphviz
- getopt
The script installs missing gems itself on first run. To install them beforehand:
$ bundle install
Run with bundle exec ruby ordog.rb ... if the gems are not installed system-wide.
