Getting a Flitz bundle of a Flutter app meant running the CLI by hand. In Claude Tag even that fails: the CLI refuses to send a request without a non-empty FLITZ_APIKEY, while the real key only exists in the Agent Proxy, which swaps it in after the request leaves the sandbox.

publish-flitz-bundle runs flitz publish --yes --json in the directory holding flitz.yaml, building the working tree as it is, installs the CLI when missing, and reports the landing page. It takes FLITZ_APIKEY from the environment first, then a stored flitz login. Only when neither exists does it set a placeholder key for the proxy to replace, because inside the CLI a set FLITZ_APIKEY wins over a login.

Carried over from LeanCode's internal marketplace at 0.1.0. The README now explains what Flitz is and what a project needs before a publish can work, for readers outside LeanCode, links the public docs at docs.flitz.dev, and uses Claude Tag's own terms for the setup (bundle, connector, allowed domains). The internal-only manifest fields, owner files and Cursor metadata are left out.
