Updated docker images with new php version. #594
Description
Hi.
Now when CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619 are out, I think it's time to re-roll librenms docker images to a version which contains fixes for those.
I'm not overly worried myself, but I think there will be lots of audits happening in the coming days so it would be nice to have updated images available.

Updated to Alpine 3.24 in #595 while waiting for Alpine to update PHP on their repo https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/work_items/18512

Alpine version has been updated, but require a rebuild of the container images
