Description
Currently only Ozone and XMB are showing current playlist selection index, so let's add it also to RGUI and GLUI. RGUI shows it in the bottom right corner like XMB, and GLUI shows it in the top center sysbar, since there is no other place to put it.
Also fixed RGUI main menu playlists (history+favorites) selection remembering.
