Split from #243, which 0.2.39 closes with a SessionStart dispatch card, a dated model alias map, and spawnArgs and staleModel in subagents_get. Two of #243's acceptance lines are not met as written.
1. Identify the collab family without scanning ALL_TOOLS. SessionStart payloads carry no tool catalog, and the host config has no reliable family key (multi_agent = true, no multi_agent_v2). So the card either prints the exact V1 calls under the CODEXCLAW_SPAWN_V1=1 override, or gives one Code Mode cell that resolves the family from companion tools and spawns in that same cell. #243 wanted the first call with no scan at all. That needs a host signal the hook can read: the host passing the collab family (or its tool names) in the SessionStart payload, or a family observation that codexclaw records from a real spawn (PreToolUse sees the tool name) and reuses on the next start. Nested Code Mode calls may not reach hooks, so the observation route has to be proven first.
2. Live V2 proof. The card's V2 branch (task_name, fork_turns: "none", flat or collaboration-prefixed helper names) is tested only against a tool harness. A V2 host run of the card's cell, recording the real nested helper spelling, would settle whether the card can print exact V2 calls the way it does for V1.
Evidence and design: devlog/_plan/260924_issue_sweep_0238/060_dispatch_card.md and 061_dispatch_card_consultation.md.
