Update from code changes: document profile avatar photo and color

Summary

Adds a new Profile settings docs page covering user avatar uploads and custom avatar colors, and links it from the Workspace and user management nav group.

Changes

• New references/workspace/profile-settings.mdx covering:
  • Uploading a profile photo (PNG/JPEG/WebP, 5 MB max, auto-oriented + center-cropped to 256px WebP) and the Remove photo action.
  • Picking an avatar color — five curated preset gradients or any custom hex in Gradient or Solid mode, with preview-then-Apply behavior and automatic initials contrast.
  • Shuffle gradient style in Gradient mode to cycle through four mesh recipes (paint splatter, soft bloom, corner spots, duotone drift) with a film-grain finish.
  • Where avatars show up (navbar, dashboard comments, share-space access lists, space access audit, user pickers, metrics-catalog owner, AI review assignee) and the AI-agent-avatar exception.
  • Optional API note on content-addressed avatar URLs with an immutable one-year cache, and the accepted avatarGradient values (preset id, bare hex, mesh:<vibe>: hex, solid: hex).
• Nav: added references/workspace/profile-settings under Workspace and user management in docs.json.
