Guide on how to transform MIMIC IV Demo data into MedRecord #463

Description

@FloLimebit

The users need a guide that explains how to transform the MIMIC-IV Clinical Database Demo into a MedRecord format.

Utilizing the groups conceot in the MedRecord is crucial: https://www.medmodels.de/docs/medmodels/latest/user_guide/02_medrecord.html#adding-groups-to-a-medrecord
This group concept needs to be stressed and explained.

The guide needs to explain:

  • Where and how to download MIMIC-IV Clinical Database Demo
  • How to transform the MIMIC-IV data to polars or pandas dataframes
  • How to Create the MedRecord from these polars/pandas frames
