As discussed, I've some small-ish changes to the core file de-duplication. Specifically, this PR:

  • Makes the header on the crash log and editable and configurable text file that's stored in ${ROOT}/etc/spindle/spindle_crash_log_header.txt.
  • Adds an environment variable that disables crash deduplication
  • Warning cleanup
