Replaces the RanobeHub (ranobehub.org) icon, a generic open book, with the site's own brand mark: the white sparkles mark from the site header on its orange rounded square.

The site only ships the mark as inline SVG (the separate /icon.svg is a different book graphic), so the icon was rendered at 96×96 from the header's styles: a 145° gradient from #ff805e to #e24b29, the same corner radius and the same stroke width, scaled from 40px. The outer drop shadow is left out because it would be clipped in a square icon.

Only public/static/src/ru/ranobehub/icon.png changes; the plugin code is untouched, so the version is not bumped.

Testing

Published the icon through a plugin repository build and checked it in the LNReader app on Android (after clearing the app cache, since the icon URL is unchanged).
