macula-php bound its own cabi/ over macula-go v0.12.0, which refuses a macula 13 advertisement that names a KEM key as malformed. It now loads the released libmacula for the tag in abi/MACULA_GO_REF (v0.22.0), fetched and checked against SHA256SUMS and its attestation by composer build, as macula-py, .NET and ts do; Binding refuses another ABI version. Errors cross as libmacula's JSON kinds. Calls, streams and serving gain confidential: (sealed whenever the provider names a KEM key, Required never in the clear), connect gains kemAdvertise:, and a served Request says whether it was sealed.
