CI does not run the xerial control profile #117

#71 added the xerial-control profile in libsql-conformance/pom.xml. It runs the same selected tests against sqlite-jdbc. Neither .github/workflows/pr.yml nor ci.yml passes -Pxerial-control.

A diverged vendored test could assert something that sqlite-jdbc itself fails. The tests that carry divergences are InsertQuery, CachedRowSet, and PreparedStatementThread. Nothing would flag it.

Expected:

• Run the control profile in CI, or on a schedule.
• Fail the build if -Dconformance.control.driver is set outside the xerial-control profile.
