The default key combination to block a user is ctrl+shift+win+b. This key is reserved by Windows for resetting the graphics driver. I can of course fix this myself by changing the key combination, but this should still be changed.
Additionally, there is no option to block or unblock a user in any of the menus. So changing the shortcut is my only recourse. This should probably go under the status menu.
