Ships the node versions that mainnet and buildnet run now:

• mainnet: MAIN.5.0 → MAIN.5.1
• buildnet: DEVN.30.0 → DEVN.30.2

MAIN.5.1 carries MIP-0002 (paginated datastore keys, WMAS MRC20 0.1.0), already active on buildnet and activating on mainnet on 2026-11-02 at the earliest. Nodes that don't run MAIN.5.1 by then stop following mainnet.

Same changes as 0.4.6 (#58): node versions in Taskfile.yml, plugin_info.go and its test, script examples, and the manifest version (0.4.7). The plugin's node API calls (get_status, get_addresses, get_operations with one id) are not affected by the MAIN.5.1 API changes.

Checks

• All release archives (linux, linux_arm64, macos, macos_aarch64, windows) exist for both versions.
• go build ./... and go test ./int/... pass, except int/core/staking-manager, which fails on main as well when run locally (sync /dev/stdout: bad file descriptor when closing the logger).

After merge

Run the release workflow with tag_name: v0.4.7, then publish it in the MassaStation store.
