Validation scope

Temporarily enables APIV2 normal-isolation group B: 330 methods across 31 codeunits.

This draft exists to run W1 validation in parallel with the main infrastructure PR. Findings and durable fixes will be integrated into #10085; this PR is not intended to merge independently.

Validation complete: normal isolation produced widespread cross-session lock and state-collision failures. The durable fix is now in #10085, which marks all APIV2 codeunits RequiredTestIsolation=Disabled and runs them on clean worker tenants.
