Validation complete: enabling APIV1 under normal isolation caused API failures and cross-app tenant contamination. The durable fix is now in #10085, which runs all APIV1 codeunits with Disabled isolation on clean worker tenants. |

Validation scope
Temporarily enables 258 APIV1 normal-isolation methods across 25 codeunits. Thirty methods that require Disabled isolation remain excluded.
This draft exists to run W1 validation in parallel with the main infrastructure PR. Findings and durable fixes will be integrated into #10085; this PR is not intended to merge independently.
