Purpose
Resolve Dependabot security alerts by updating vulnerable dependencies to patched versions:
Upgrade kafka-python from 2.3.0 to 2.3.2.
Override browserslist to 4.28.7.
Upgrade the fast-uri override from 3.1.5 to 3.1.6.
Regenerate the corresponding Python and pnpm lockfiles.
